When is the class scheduled, and how do I join?
The class is scheduled for weekly on Friday mornings. After you reserve your spot, you'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and instructions on how to join the session. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and the Google Meets app installed on your device before the class begins.
What if I can't attend the live session—will a recording be available?
This class is only available Live because of the immense value it brings to pregnant folks. If you cannot join the class you’ve signed up for, please reach out to find a new date that works for your schedule. We want you to have this class, so if there is any reason you need accomodations, don’t hesitate to ask!

There is not a dedicated Q&A portion in this live class. This class is extensive but not exhaustive so there might be some lingering questions that Brittany can answer for you via email or scheduled consultation.
