I didn't come to this work because pregnancy was easy for me and I had all the answers, far from it. My own pregnancy was surprisingly challenging and I know how isolating it can feel when your body is changing fast and answers feel vague, overwhelming, or overly clinical.
Along the way, I leaned on practical, grounded tools: natural remedies, gentle movement, nourishment shifts, nervous system support and learning how to listen to what my body was actually asking for. That experience shaped how I support others now.
I don't function as a medical expert or authority—I function as a consultant and guide. I blend:
